Before starting the project, we worked closely with Spicerhaart to map out the key requirements for both the client-facing portal and the internal administrative system. The real estate market is fast-paced, and they needed a solution that would allow them to manage and update property listings quickly, while offering customers a simple and efficient search experience.
The web portal was designed with a powerful search engine, enabling users to filter listings by location, price, and other key criteria. We implemented features like property comparison, detailed image galleries, and direct contact forms to connect users with agents quickly.
On the backend, the ERP/CRM system centralized property management across the agency’s branches. This system gave agents and administrators the ability to update listings, track client interactions, and sync data across locations, all within one unified platform. The architecture was designed to handle high traffic and large volumes of property data, with built-in scalability to accommodate future growth.
