UComplete provided two distinct workflow self-service models for life insurance policy issuance:

1. Carrier Direct to Consumer: Customers can independently purchase policies directly from the carrier’s website.
2. Agent Direct to Consumer: Agents initiate the policy fulfillment process, offering clients quotes from various carriers while providing agent support.
